Willcox, AZ, The 2nd Annual Willcox Wine & Art Festival is to be held October 17th and 18th, 2009 on the grounds of the historic Railroad Park in Willcox, an area rich in history, agriculture and now wine! Produced by the Arizona Wine Growers Association and Southern Arizona Festivals and Events, the two-day long event will captivate all the senses.  Festival attendance is free, satisfying both the pocketbook and the palate of festival goers.

In the Willcox Wine Garden, you'll find the palate pleasing flavors of wines produced in Southern Arizona. Meet the winemakers, the vineyard growers and taste the wine. For patrons 21 and older, the cost of $10 for six (6) tastings will also include a commemorative glass. Wine will be available for purchase by the bottle or the case. 

Multi-talented artisans from Arizona and beyond will display and sell their collectibles and gifts. Wares to include jewelry, pottery, metal work, paintings, photography, clothing and much more. The timing is perfect for to provide a wide variety of holiday gifts, decorating and party supplies.

An agricultural center for Arizona, Willcox provides exciting agrotourism opportunities and this festival will be no different.  Meet an alpaca, enjoy some Arizona honey, try local products.  It's sure to offer a great time for the whole family. Relax on the grass and listen to the live entertainment, taste wine and snack on yummy tidbits. Take pleasure in a sense of Arizona's history while having a great time!

About the Arizona Wine Growers Association

About Southern Arizona Festivals and Events
Owner, Sharon Good, has produced major events throughout Arizona for the last twelve years.  These include two arts, crafts and entertainment festivals a year at the Desert Diamond Casino in Tucson, as well as major Native American Art Shows in Scottsdale, Denver, Houston, Seattle and Beverly Hills.  Sharon was the organizer of the silent art auction at the grand Opening of Kartchner Caverns in 2001.
