Located near Sierra Vista, in Ramsey Canyon, on the eastern slopes of the Huachuca Mountains. Where Arizona’s songs, legends, poetry, and myths are collected, presented for audiences of today, and preserved for the enrichment of future generations

Tour this former working Western ranch and museum, purchased in 1884 by John Slaughter, former Texas Ranger and Cochise County sheriff. Modern preservation efforts have returned the ranch, set in a vast southeastern valley, to its turn-of-the-century grandeur.
