Rio Rico Country Club
The Esplendor Resort and Country Club at Rio Rico features a traditional layout by the late Robert Trent Jones Sr. The course is an Arizona favorite and considered a hidden jewel by anyone who has played it. Unlike the contemporary desert-style courses, Rio Rico is tree lined with tee to green fairways and no forced carries. Famous for lightening fast bent grass greens, the course has played host to PGA Tour School and several prestigious Arizona amateur events over the years.
