The Metropolitan Tucson Convention & Visitors Bureau's Housing and Online Registration Service is an affordable tool for meeting planners wishing to maximize their room blocks, increase attendance and obtain accurate pickup numbers.

Our Housing Service is available to groups using three or more hotels booked through the Metropolitan Tucson Convention & Visitors Bureau. Contact us for more information and costs.

• Consultation with a Housing Services manager
• Customized housing website linked to your website
• Reservations accepted online, by phone, fax, mail or e-mail
• Timely and accurate acknowledgement of reservation
• Comprehensive hotel descriptions including links to photos, amenities and policies
• Real-time room inventory management
• On-line reports available to planner / weekly reports sent to hotels
• Assistance with adding overflow hotels or room inventory when needed
• Monitoring of pickups and cut-off dates to maximize blocks
• Provide a post-convention report of actual pickups at hotel cut-off and total pickup
