Event Registration

Tradeshow sign-up forms are available under Additional Information for each event below.

Please review these shows with your staff and register or return the forms as soon as possible. Participation is on a first come, first served basis and past experience has shown that some shows fill up within hours.

PLEASE, DO NOT SIGN UP FOR A SHOW UNLESS YOU HAVE EVERY INTENTION OF ATTENDING!

You can register online, fax the forms back to me at 884-7804, or deliver them to our office. To be fair, we cannot accept confirmations by phone.

We will send you a memo regarding the following: which shows you are signed up for; and what shows you are on the wait list for. If time permits, you will be billed ninety days prior to each show with payment due sixty days before show date; those shows coming up shortly will be billed as soon as possible with payment due on receipt. Please pay AFTER you receive the invoices. The participation fee includes a share of the booth space rental, labor, electrical, decorations, and giveaways.

PLEASE NOTE: IF WE DON'T HAVE PAYMENT IN FULL 60 DAYS OUT, YOU WILL BE DROPPED FROM THE SHOW.

Remember the PRIMARY reason for attending these shows is to sell TUCSON first. We ask for your cooperation in working for the good of the group.
