Tucson, Arizona – June 12, 2024 – Phoenix artist, Hector Ortega, is transporting his monumental sculpture, "Emanate Salvation," from Tucson, Arizona, to a new home in Pennsylvania. This significant event marks the relocation of Ortega's 18-foot-long, 7-foot-wide, and 8-foot-tall triumph, which has been a focal point at Sculpture Tucson in Brandi Fenton Memorial Park since December 2023.

The journey of "Emanate Salvation" will begin at 1 PM on June 17, 2024. The sculpture will leave from its current location at Sculpture Tucson, Brandi Fenton Memorial Park, located at 3420 East River Road, Tucson, Arizona. This move represents a pivotal moment in Ortega's career, as the sculpture finds a new audience in Pennsylvania.

Ortega's work is renowned for its powerful presence and profound themes. "Emanate Salvation" is no exception, embodying a blend of robust form and deep spiritual significance. Its relocation to Pennsylvania's newest sculpture park will allow a broad audience to experience and appreciate this extraordinary piece in a newly planned 100-acre sculpture park.

The journey to Pennsylvania is not merely a logistical move but a ceremonial passage, reflecting the sculpture's thematic journey of transformation and renewal. As the sculpture journeys the country, it will metaphorically carry its message of salvation and enlightenment to its new destination.

Media and public are invited to join Hector Ortega and Sculpture Tucson board members and staff for a send-off on the

day of departure, June 17, 2024. This will be an opportunity to witness the beginning of this monumental journey and to celebrate the impact of Ortega's work on the Tucson art scene.
