Tucson, AZ – In honor of Filipino American Heritage Month, Himaya Garden, Tucson’s new event venue, is proud to host a celebration that showcases the vibrant culture, history, and traditions of the Filipino community. Owned by mother-daughter duo Odette and Milana D'Aniello, Himaya Garden will feature an open house where attendees can see and tour the new garden venue and invite the local community to experience Filipino heritage firsthand with the Filipino community of Tucson.

A Tribute to Filipino Heritage and Community

On October 23rd, Himaya Garden will transform and celebrate the heritage of the family who now runs the venue, highlighting the essence of Filipino hospitality and creativity. The event will include local vendors, Filipino food, traditional dance performances, and a chance to connect with community members from around Tucson.

“Our Filipino roots are deeply ingrained in Himaya Garden’s identity,” said co-owner Odette D’Aniello. “This month gives us the chance to share our culture, not just with Tucson’s Filipino community, but with everyone in the area. We’re excited to bring people together to celebrate the richness and diversity of Filipino traditions.”
