TUCSON, AZ — Mission Garden is thrilled to announce our expanded Native American Arts Fair on Saturday, November 16, 2024, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. This extended event will highlight the rich artistic traditions and cultural heritage of Indigenous communities from across the region.
The fair will feature over 40 Indigenous artists showcasing their extraordinary craftsmanship in ceramics, baskets, clothing, jewelry, carvings, paintings, beadwork, gourd art, and more. Guests will also have the chance to savor delicious food from local vendors, including La Indita and E and J Frybread / Feast Ki. The day will be filled with engaging cultural sharing, an artist panel, and a variety of artistic displays.

With extended hours for this special event, Mission Garden invites attendees to connect with diverse cultures and traditions through art and music. "We are honored to host our fifth Native American Arts Fair, a celebration of Indigenous culture and creativity," said Executive Director Alyce Sadongei. “This event aligns perfectly with Mission Garden's work to preserve and uplift the traditions, stories, and artistry of the diverse cultures that make up our community. We hope this expanded program will deepen the connections between our visitors and the Indigenous artists and performers who continue to shape the vibrant cultural landscape of the region.
