Marana, Ariz. – A new restaurant is coming to the Ina & Thornydale area. Monday, January 30, The Pasta Shop will open its doors to patrons and the public can see how local owners, Brian and Luz Platt turned the old T-Mobile into a fun counter-service restaurant.
Former local franchise owners, The Platt’s decided to sell their franchise partnerships and finally open the restaurant they’ve been dreaming of for 10 years. The menu features creative concepts that include, Build Your Own Pasta Bowls, Sandwiches, Salads and Desserts.
The Pasta Shop will be working with all local vendors and have hired more than 30 employees. “Living in Marana ourselves, it’s exciting for us to be able to work with local vendors, provide jobs for the community and give everyone a place to gather over great food, in a fun environment, “ said Brian Platt.
