Mojo Cuban Kitchen and Chef Janos Wilder

Starting in 2024, the Schaffer's began collaborating with James Beard Award-winning Chef Janos Wilder to develop a series of exceptional dishes which have been featured as specials with some becoming permanent menu additions.  One delicious example is Pan-seared Seabass with Coconut Pineapple Rice, and Minted Mango Mojo that due to its popularity and positive feedback from guests went from a Dinner Special collaboration to a feature on Mojo’s regular menu. Mojo plans to introduce other dinner specials developed in collaboration with Chef Janos throughout the year.

On the Monthly Dinner Specials Menu

This month, Mojo Cuban Kitchen is highlighting two bold dishes that celebrate fresh ingredients and vibrant flavors. The first is a pan-seared branzino paired with celery salad with cilantro, mango, jalapeno, and mojo vinaigrette. The second is a delicious and filling Bistec Chimichurri made with a hearty cut of outside skirt steak served with golden garlic fries

As it is with all the offerings, both dishes showcase Mojo’s passion for fresh ingredients and bold flavors.
