Tucson, AZ – This week Hotel Congress rolls out some exceptional summer specials throughout the hotel and plaza. Tucson’s top destination for entertainment, food, and fun offers many “cool” ways to escape the heat with a wide range of offerings for every taste.
CENTURY ROOM
The Century Room Jazz Club at Hotel Congress is also a world-class Mezcal and wine tasting bar. In addition to the best music in Tucson, the Century Room will offer exclusive tasting events for both agave spirits and wine. Beginning on June 12th guests can enjoy Mezcal Sundays, a guided tasting of a variety of agave spirits and small bites led by local agave spirits master Doug Smith. Cost to attend is $35pp. Doors open at 6pm, events begin at 7pm. Beginning on June 16th, Wine Thursdays will feature guided tastings of a variety of outstanding regional wines offered at the Century Room. Each session will be led by Hotel Congress Sommelier Josh Osteen along with special guests in the industry. Cost to attend is $30. Doors open at 6pm, events begin at 7pm.

Plaza Eats Food Truck now open Tuesday through Saturday with a new menu of delicious spins on traditional bar fare. Enjoy happy hour every day from 4-6pm and all night long on Taco Tuesdays, Wing Wednesdays, and Thirsty Thursdays. Happy hour features $2 off the Plaza Eats Food Truck menu, Congress cocktails, wines, and draft beers.

Plaza Eats Food Truck: Tuesday-Wednesday 4-9pm / Thursday-Saturday 5pm-close. Cup Café open Mondays, Thursdays through Saturdays from 7am to 10pm, Sunday 7am to 9pm, and is closed on Tuesday and Wednesday. The Century Room is open Thursday to Sunday, 6pm to close.
