(Elgin, AZ) – Los Milics Vineyards announces the opening of The Casitas at Los Milics Vineyards in Sonoita Wine Country. Intimate and stylish, each of the nine “little houses” is surrounded by grapevines according expansive views of the Mustang Mountains and Mt. Bruce, which locals call “the Biscuit.” Each casita is named for a favorite Los Milics Vineyards grape.
Designed as spacious one-bedroom suites, every casita includes a king-size bed which converts into a comfortable living area with a sofa, plus a separate workspace with a double Murphy bed. All feature private, roofed patios, perfect for savoring Los Milics Vineyards wine while watching the spectacular sunsets.
Luxury amenities include a wine refrigerator, under-the-counter refrigerator, microwave oven, and Nespresso coffee maker as well as robes and slippers. Guests are welcomed with complimentary wine and snacks and treated to breakfast delivered to their casita in the morning. ADA compliant and pet friendly casitas are available; guests are asked to specify any needs they have when making a reservation.
In the evening, the Los Milics Vineyards tasting room becomes The Biscuit, serving inventive cuisine in a casually elegant setting. Chef Ana Borrajo, who is from Granada, Spain, blends culinary traditions of Spain, southern Europe, and the Mediterranean coastline with flavors of our southern border. Winemaker Pavle Milic suggests sublime Los Milics Vineyards wine pairings. A curated list of cocktails and favorite international wines is also available. Dinner begins at 5:30 pm; the last seating is at 7:30 pm. Reservations are recommended both for casita guests and for the public.
