Tucson, AZ (October 22, 2024) The Tucson Rodeo Foundation(“TRF”) proudly announces the Glenn and Susan Dabbs Scholarship Fund (“Fund”).
The Dabbs initiated and funded the scholarship to support the TRF and its mission to assist those who aspire to contribute to the western way of life through the enthusiastic pursuit of a career within the agriculture, farm and ranch, equine, bovine, ovine, veterinary medicine, or western sports industries.
Active in the Tucson community, Glenn served on the Tucson Rodeo Committee Board of Directors and is a past Chairman of the Tucson Rodeo. Susan spent her career in education, and they believe the TRF’s mission aligns with their desire to assist the young people of Southern Arizona.
The scholarship is open to students enrolled in the University of Arizona College of Agriculture, Life & Environmental Sciences, The University of Arizona College of Veterinary Medicine, and the Pima Community College Veterinary Technician Training Program.
