ABOUT: The Tubac Presidio State Historic Park opened on September 28, 1958. Tubac, more than any other site in the state, was deemed worthy of state park status because of the tremendous and continuous contributions it has made to the state’s development.

The Friends of the Tubac Presidio and Museum, Inc., a 501(c)(3) non-profit, was established in June of 2013 to serve as stewards of the Tubac Presidio Historic State Park and Museum on behalf of and in partnership with Arizona State Parks and Trails.
