Tucson, AZ---The HSL Properties 2024 Tucson Jazz Festival (TKF) is pleased to present the TJF Summer Fest on August 4th beginning at 6:30pm on the Hotel Congress Plaza. Featuring a full evening of live music on multiple stages, fabulous food truck fare, and more, Summer Fest celebrates 10 years of world class jazz in Tucson, and is the official kick-off to the main event “Jazz in January” which will take place January 12 – 20, 2024. Tucson Jazz Festival membership packages will be available for sale throughout the evening – offering attendees an early opportunity to receive special pricing on 2024 festival events and to truly enjoy “TJF to the Max!”
Sponsored in part by the Tucson Airport Authority, the exciting evening of Jazz begins on the Hotel Congress Plaza Stage at 6:30pm with the Tucson Young Lions, a group of exceptional local talents including Max Goldschmid, Kevin Ravelette, Chris Peña, Colin McIlrath, and Josh Carruthers. At 8:00pm The Coolers, Tucson's premier 8-piece horn band will take the stage. In the Century Room the Jason Carter Quartet will perform followed by the Arthur Vint Sextet at 9pm and a late-night Jazz Jam at 10:30.
Participating food trucks will include Bugaloos Soft Service Ice Cream, Jozarelli's Italian, MexSal and more. Admission to the Summer Fest is free for TJF members or $10 per person. Tickets for the event can be purchased at tucsonjazzfestival.org.

About the 2024 Tucson Jazz Festival
The world class Tucson Jazz Festival celebrates 10 years of Jazz in January. Founded in 2014, the mission of the festival is to influence the discovery and celebration of live jazz, to provide a jazz experience that is socially and musically engaging, attracts visitors from around the country and supports music education through community engagement.
