Baja Brews Series
Tucson has been getting lots of recognition as a culinary destination, but what you might not know is that we also have one the fastest growing craft beer scenes in the country. With new and awesome local breweries popping up all over town, providing a wide variety of brews suited for both the casual and the more adventurous beer-drinker.
In order to let people know more about this burgeoning craft beer city, Visit Tucson has partnered with Edible Baja Arizona and the Arizona Craft Brewers Guild to create the Baja Brews video series. Watch below for a behind the scenes look at what makes Tucson’s growing collection of breweries so unique. Cheers!
Watch The Videos
Episode One introduces us to the "dean" of local brewers, John Adkisson of Iron John's Brewing Co., and Austin Santos of The Address-1702, a craft beer bar and nano brewery that helped initiate Tucsonans to the wonders of craft beer six years ago.
In the third episode of Baja Brews, see why brewing beer is both an art and a science. Watch as we talk with lead brewers and microbiologists from Dragoon Brewing Co. and 1912 Brewing Co. to find out about the critical role of yeast in the crafting of local brews.
