Meeting Notices

2017-18 board meetings will be held at 7:30 a.m. on the dates listed below in the Coconino Room in the northeast portion of the Tucson Convention Center, 260 S. Church Ave—except for the Thursday, Feb. 15 meeting. Free parking is available to you in Lot A, which can be accessed off of Church Avenue, approximately two blocks south of Broadway.

The Feb. 15 board meeting is tentatively scheduled to be a full-day board retreat at a location to be determined.

Annual Meeting: date and location for this June 2018 event to be determined.

2017-18 executive committee meetings will be held at 4 p.m. on the dates listed below at BeachFleischman, 1985 E. River Rd.
