We offer fully integrated online booking and invoicing services. Chauffeurs are able to update their statuses via smart phone which uploads into the software for instant updates to transfer statuses. Booking is accomplished in a simple interface that is not only user-friendly, but allows for transfers to be booked quickly. This system immediately sends a reservation confirmation for each booking. With capability for multiple users, reservations feature each booker’s ID and time stamp for ease of use when making updates to trips or cancellations. Invoicing is quick and billing can be presented as a basic or extended invoice. Our GPS program complements our software by providing us with fast updates on vehicle location without the need to contact the chauffeur. Background checks, drug and alcohol testing and our training program allows us to maintain a team of professional chauffeurs. 24/7 live dispatch.
