Open Weekdays 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Weekends. 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Closed Thanksgiving & Christmas. Allow 1-2 hours. Admission: Adults $9; Seniors/Military $7; Children 4-12, $4; Children under 3 are free. Group discounts available; call or check website.

The museum highlights over 400 species of insects, mammals and birds from around the globe. Some of the collections are more than 100 years old and all the animals found at the museum were donated by various agencies and individuals. Dioramas depicting wild animals in their natural settings, videos, interactive computers, and hands-on exhibits promote wildlife appreciation and conservation.
