With multiple trails to choose from, visitors will learn about the fascinating vegetation and wildlife of the Sonoran Desert through our easy to understand interpretive signage. Named as one of the great botanical gardens of the world by Travel+Leisure. Open daily from 8 a.m.-5 p.m., (October-April) $10 adults, $8 seniors (62+), $5 students (with ID), $3 children (5-12), under 5 free. (May-September) $8 adults, $6 seniors (62+), $4 students (with ID), $2 children (5-12), under 5 free.

Good place to learn about desert life, cactus, trees, and different plants. which we have seen before at other places and knew nothing about them.

One of my favorite places to visit

Tohono Chul was owned by a private party and when she passed away she left all of this land to the city of Oro Valley. It has a lovely flower garden and one can often see hummingbirds and...

A walk through the desert

This small oasis in the desert is a pretty spot to view plants and see local events. Their Christmas festivities are very enjoyable. The garden restaurant is also a pretty spot to enjoy lunch.
