The first professional symphony orchestra in the Southwest, the TSO is the longest continuously performing professional arts organization in Arizona, where it impacts more than 120,000 lives each year. The TSO infuses $20 million into the economy of Southern Arizona annually and employs over 75 professional musicians who live in Tucson and perform here and throughout the state. In addition to performances, the TSO provides the most in-depth music education programs in all of Arizona, present every year in more than 120 schools.

A cultural landmark
When we visit Tucson we always put the TSO on the agenda and we are never disappointed . They even have a new energetic conductor, Jose Luis Gomez, who did a super job at the concert we attended...
The Tuscon symphony came to Ajo Arizona for a performance, What a fantastic show it was. The played a lot of newer tunes. I would go again if given the chance.
