Ballet Tucson presents George Balanchine's Concerto Barocco (Ballet Tucson premiere), the dance visualization of Johann Sebastian Bach's Concerto in D minor for Two Violins. As relevant today as it was on New York City Ballet's debut program in 1948, Ballet Tucson dances this newest Balanchine acquisition with verve and panache.  Back by popular demand, ballet Master Daniel Precup stages his dynamic dance interpretation of the legend of Castor and Pollux and the formation of the constellation with the performance of Gemini, presented with other entertaining selections from the company's eclectic repertoire.  Gourmet dessert tastings are served at the conclusion of each show, at Steve Eller Dance Theatre, 1737 E University Blvd.
