Venue: Flandrau Science Center & Planetarium

Come celebrate Earth's moon at "International Observe the Moon Night," a free public moon-viewing event on Saturday, October 5 at Flandrau Science Center and Planetarium. You can behold the moon "up close" through telescopes on the UA Mall, enjoy family-friendly moon activities in the exhibit gallery, and see fascinating moon-related shows in the Eos Planetarium Theater! International Observe the Moon Night organized in collaboration with the UA Lunar & Planetary Lab and the Planetary Science Institute. Flandrau is one block from the Sun Link Streetcar's 2nd Street/Cherry Avenue stop, and plenty of bike racks are available nearby.
