The University of Arizona Cycling Team and Sabino Cycles present the Santa Catalina Omnium, a USA Cycling (USAC) Olympic event sometimes called "Arizona's Hardest Road Race." This is a two-part event features a road race hosted in town of Oracle, and a criterium hosted on the Univerisity of Arizona campus. All USAC rules apply. Participants may register for either or both rides. A criterium is a one-day bicycle race on a circuit road course; an omnium is a multiple race event in track cycling. Registration expected to open in December. Proceeds benefit the team. There is no day of registration for the omnium. Event is held rain, snow, or shine. Details are on
