The Lodge at Ventana Canyon Golf Club boasts two of famed golf course architect Tom Fazio's best; the Mountain Course's signature third hole, the aptly named "Hole in the Wall," is one of the most photographed holes west of the Mississippi.
A perfect way for avid golfers to round out their Tucson golf trips is by adding in an affordable, but challenging, round at Crooked Tree Golf Course or at one of the City of Tucson’s five outstanding municipal courses.
Located at a higher elevation than most other golf clubs in Tucson, The Preserve Golf Club is set deep into the western foothills of the Santa Catalina Mountains and features cooler temperatures, rolling fairways, undulating greens, and dramatic elevation changes. Three excellent restaurants are nearby, including The Preserve Restaurant & Bar - a gem among restaurants, with dining as spectacular as its panoramic golf course views.
Prioritizing safety and health is a serious concern these days. Golf, at least for the moment, is an excellent "socially distanced" outlet for mental and physical health. Please practice caution and follow official recommendations as well as guidelines at any course you play. Guidance from the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and government restrictions are changing daily, so check first before you head to the course.
