Order Promotional Material
We can provide you with valuable tools to assist with building attendance and a wide variety of materials and gifts to perfectly complement your meeting. Contact us with any questions.
We are unable to ship orders outside of North America.
Promotional items are available to planners of meetings, conventions, corporate incentive groups, military reunions, tournaments and weddings that will be taking place in Tucson. Please be prepared to fill in the complete name of your organization as well as the name of the meeting or event, along with projected attendance.
- Order items by clicking the check box and inputting a quantity for the items you wish to receive (or you may click the thumbnail image for a product and add it to your shopping cart from there).
- Orders will sent by regular mail to your Business Address at no charge. Please provide us with your FedEx or UPS account number if you desire faster delivery.
- If you have booked your group through the MTCVB and are located outside of Tucson, orders can be delivered to your Headquarter Hotel at no charge. If you are a local meeting planner, we request you pick up your items at 100 S. Church Avenue in Tucson. You may visit www.googlemaps.com for step by step directions.
- When you are finished with your order click the "submit order" button at the bottom of the menu.
- You may also order by mail or fax with our Merchandise Order Form in PDF format. To request this form, please contact Erica Federico at efederico@visitTucson.org or call 520-770-2152.
- Please allow a minimum of 2-3 weeks for fulfillment of your order/delivery/shipment.

- If you would like a Photo from our photo gallery, please complete your order and then follow these steps:
- Click on meeting professional on the top of the page
- Click on photo and video tour, link is located on left side.
- Click on browse image thumbnails.
- Select images and add to ‘my gallery’. The images are all categorized.
- Click on request images
- Fill out contact info and submit request.
