TUCSON, AZ — The streets of the Old Pueblo will ignite this Saturday night, May 30th, for the historic 20th Anniversary of the TMC Meet Me Downtown 5k Night Run/Walk and Festival of Miles. Anticipating an energetic field of more than 2,500 participants, the landmark race transforms the heart of dynamic Downtown Tucson into a massive, block-wide community celebration of fitness, music, and local culture. Staged at the Children’s Museum Tucson (200 S. 6th Ave) and neighboring Armory Park, the event brings together elite athletes, sunset strollers, chair athletes, and families. This year’s 5k is especially high-stakes, proudly serving as the RRCA West Regional Championship, featuring a fast, flat, and wide 3.1-mile loop through downtown neighborhood streets.  Currently registered participants are from 19 states and three countries.
