Sept. 13, 7pm - TajMo: Room on the Porch Tour 2016
The Room On The Porch Tour unites American blues legends Taj Mahal and Keb' Mo' as the collaborative duo TajMo. Supporting their GRAMMY-nominated sophomore album Room On The Porch, the live show feels like a warm, big-hearted family reunion celebrating inclusivity, human connection, and the deep roots of American music
Recorded in Nashville with Keb’ and Taj co-producing, the GRAMMY-nominated Room On The Porch finds the pair in peak form, playing to each other’s strengths and opening up new creative horizons more than a half-century into their storied careers. The songs are warm and inviting, rooted in the joy of human connection and the power of positivity, and the performances are as timeless as they are adventurous, incorporating the full spectrum of American roots music from blues and jazz to folk and country. Keb’ and Taj invited an all-star group of players, singers, and co-writers (including their sons) to join them in the studio for the sessions, but the spotlight remains firmly fixed on the legendary pair throughout the collection, their instantly recognizable voices and guitar stylings complementing and elevating each other at every turn. Sept. 18, 7:30pm - Leslie Jones: I'm Hot Tour with Support from Lenny Marcus
Leslie Jones is a three-time Primetime Emmy Award nominee as well as a Writer’s Guild Award and NAACP Award nominee for her work on SATURDAY NIGHT LIVE. She has also been honored as one of Time Magazine’s 100 Most Influential People. Jones recently wrapped production on season two of the HBO Max series OUR FLAG MEANS DEATH. The week of January 17th, 2023, Jones kicked off a new era of THE DAILY SHOW as the program’s first guest host. In 2021, she starred opposite Eddie Murphy in COMING 2 AMERICA for which she won an MTV Movie Award and was nominated for a People’s Choice Award. Jones will next produce an untitled Christmas comedy for Lionsgate which she is currently developing as a potential future starring role. Additionally, Jones co-hosts the podcast THE FCKRY with comedian Lenny Marcus. Each week, Jones and Marcus interview guests and answer listener questions, while exposing “the fckry” of any given topic.

Grammy-winning guitarist, vocalist, and producer John Pizzarelli comes to the Fox Tucson Theatre to celebrate the centennial of the legendary Tony Bennett with his heartfelt tribute album, Dear Mr. Bennett. Joined by bassist Mike Karn and pianist Isaiah J. Thompson, Pizzarelli brings lively warmth, soulful balladry, and embracing swing to songs that defined Bennett's remarkable seven-decade career. For Pizzarelli, this is deeply personal territory rooted in a lifelong admiration and a friendship that began when his father, the revered guitarist Bucky Pizzarelli, served as one of Bennett's most trusted sidemen.

Sept. 25, 7:30pm - Boz Scaggs Rhythm Review 2026
BOZ SCAGGS is an American singer, songwriter, and guitarist. An early bandmate of Steve Miller in The Ardells and the Steve Miller Band, he began his solo career in 1969, though he lacked a major hit until his 1976 album Silk Degrees peaked at number 2 on the Billboard 200, and produced the hit singles “Lido Shuffle” and “Lowdown”. Scaggs produced two more platinum-certified albums in Down Two Then Left and Middle Man, the latter of which produced two top-40 singles “Breakdown Dead Ahead” and “Jojo”. After a hiatus for most of the 1980s, he returned to recording and touring in 1988, joining The New York Rock and Soul Revue and opening the nightclub Slim’s, a popular San Francisco music venue until it closed in 2020. He has continued to record and tour throughout the 1990s, 2000s, and 2010s, with his most recent album being 2018’s Out of the Blues.
