TUCSON, Ariz. — Penca is excited to announce an expanded summer experience featuring new lunch service, an enhanced happy hour program, and a series of weekly community-focused events designed to bring people together in the heart of Downtown Tucson.
Beginning Friday, June 5, Penca will offer lunch service starting at 11:00 a.m., providing guests with a fresh opportunity to enjoy the restaurant's contemporary Central Mexico inspired cuisine during the day. Whether for a business lunch, a casual afternoon gathering, or a midday escape, the new lunch menu will showcase seasonal ingredients and thoughtful preparations that reflect Penca's commitment to hospitality and quality.
Guests can also enjoy Happy Hour daily from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., featuring a curated selection of summer wines, seasonal cocktails, and elevated alcohol-free beverages, alongside food offerings designed for sharing and discovery.
In addition to expanded dining hours, Penca is introducing two new weekly community events this summer.
Every Wednesday, Penca will host a Young Professionals Happy Hour, creating a welcoming environment for Tucson's creative, entrepreneurial, and professional communities to connect, collaborate, and unwind midweek. The event is designed to foster meaningful connections while enjoying Penca's seasonal food and beverage offerings.
On Sundays from 6:30 p.m. until close, Penca will present Industry & Neighborhood Nights, a weekly gathering dedicated to hospitality professionals, downtown residents, and neighborhood regulars. The evening will feature a specially curated dinner and bar menu, creating a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere to close out the weekend.
As an added benefit, guests participating in Sunday Industry & Neighborhood Nights will continue to enjoy exclusive preferred pricing and special offerings at The Owls Club, extending the experience beyond dinner and celebrating the connection between two Downtown Tucson institutions.
"We are excited to create more opportunities for our guests to gather throughout the week," said Patricia Schwabe. "These new offerings reflect our commitment to community, hospitality, and creating memorable experiences that bring people together."
