Philabaum Glass Gallery & Studio is the only all-glass gallery in Southern Arizona and showcases colorful contemporary glass art by celebrated Tucson artist Tom Philabaum and other notable glassblowers. DeGrazia Gallery in the Sun, a 10-acre National Historic District and Tucson landmark designed by legendary Tucson painter Ted DeGrazia, contains an adobe gallery and chapel and is where the artist lived and worked during his prolific career. Madaras Gallery features a varied collection of distinctive Southwestern-themed paintings and other items created by Tucson artist Diana Madaras and others. Yun Gee Park Gallery & Atelier presents contemporary fine arts and high craft-works focusing on international art jewelry and Asian ceramics, exhibited in a gallery-and-gardens setting offering a five-senses experience.
New works by established masters and up-and-coming artists in all genres can be enjoyed every autumn when Arts Foundation for Tucson and Southern Arizona presents Tucson Open Studio Tours. This free, self-guided driving tour of studios and galleries throughout Tucson and Pima County offers opportunities for visitors to meet talented working artists and watch them at work, or purchase original works of art.
